Phone Data Recovery in Manchester

If the phone is dead but the photos matter more than the handset, tell us that first. We can often recover data from phones that will never switch on again.

Signs You Have This Problem

Data recovery is a different job from repair, and approaching it the right way from the start matters enormously.

Phone will not turn on at all

Data is usually still intact on the storage chip. The phone being dead does not mean the data is gone.

Water damaged and now unresponsive

Time-critical. Corrosion spreads, so the sooner we start the better the odds of full recovery.

Screen destroyed but phone still runs

Among the most recoverable situations. The data is fine and simply cannot be reached through a broken display.

Stuck in a boot loop

Often fully recoverable, provided nobody has attempted a restore first, which is the step that usually erases everything.

What Causes It

The important thing to understand is that your data lives on a storage chip that is entirely separate from the parts that usually fail. Screens, batteries, charging ports and power circuits all break without touching the data at all. That is why a phone can be completely dead and still hold every photo intact. The genuine threats to your data are physical damage to the storage chip itself, corrosion from liquid that is allowed to spread, and, very commonly, well-meaning attempts to fix the phone that trigger a factory reset. If your data matters more than the phone, say so before anything else is attempted.

How We Fix It

Assessment is free and we tell you honestly what the chances are before you commit.

We change our approach completely when recovery is the priority, because some repair steps risk data and we will not take those steps without your say-so. Where the phone can be brought up temporarily, we do that and extract everything to secure storage. Where it cannot, we work at board level to restore just enough function to read the storage. Liquid damaged boards are cleaned before any power is applied, since powering up a corroded board is what turns recoverable data into lost data. We give you a realistic assessment up front rather than false hope, and No Fix No Fee means an unsuccessful attempt costs you nothing.

Phone Data Recovery FAQs

My phone is completely dead. Are my photos gone?
Usually not. Data sits on a storage chip that is separate from the parts that typically fail, so dead phones very often still hold everything.
I already tried a factory reset. Can you still help?
It becomes much harder, which is why we always ask people to come to us before trying that. It is still worth an assessment.
How much does data recovery cost?
The assessment is free and we quote before starting. Cost depends on whether the phone can be revived or needs board-level work. No Fix No Fee applies.
Is my data private?
Yes. We only access what is needed to recover your files, we do not browse them, and everything is deleted from our systems once returned to you.
