Book online or WhatsApp us your device, fault and postcode. We agree a pickup slot, collect from your home, office or halls, repair at our workshop, and return the device, usually the same or next day. Collection and return are included in the price.
How much will my repair cost?
You get a fixed quote before we collect, and that is what you pay. See our guide prices, or WhatsApp your model and fault for an exact figure in minutes.
How long do repairs take?
Most screens and batteries are done the same day we collect. Complex work like water damage can take 2 to 4 days, and we will tell you upfront.
Is my data safe?
Screen, battery and port repairs never touch your data. We recommend a backup before any repair as good practice, and we never access personal files.
What if you cannot fix it?
You pay nothing. No fix, no fee includes the collection, the diagnostic and the return of your device.

Can I walk in somewhere?
Yes, our Rochdale shop in the Rochdale Exchange Shopping Centre welcomes walk-ins seven days a week, about 20 minutes from the city centre by car or train.
How do I pay?
Card, bank transfer or cash on return of your device. You only ever pay after the repair is done and tested.
