Every repair we collect, fix and return is covered for a full year on parts and labour. Same fault returns, we fix it free, and we collect it again at no charge.

The same fault returning after our repair. Screens with dead pixels or touch faults, batteries that swell or drain, ports that fail again, and any part we fitted.
✗ Not Covered
New physical damage after the repair, liquid damage after the repair, faults on different components, and cosmetic wear. We will always quote honestly for anything new.

If a covered fault returns, we collect your device again free of charge, fix it, and return it. No arguments, no small print.
How to Claim
What do I need to make a claim?
Just your name and phone number, we keep records of every repair. WhatsApp us with your approximate repair date and the issue, and we will arrange collection.
Does the warranty transfer if I sell the phone?
Yes. The warranty follows the device, not the owner. The new owner can contact us with the original repair details.
How fast are warranty repairs?
They jump the queue. Most warranty claims are collected, resolved and returned within 48 hours.
