A Real Collection, Start to Finish
Here is what a typical job looks like. A message arrives at 9am: cracked iPhone 14 screen, office in Ancoats. We confirm the fitted price and a collection window, and the driver picks the phone up from reception before 11. At the workshop the screen is replaced and the phone fully tested, and by mid afternoon it is on its way back. The customer signs for it at the same reception desk before the end of the working day, repaired, sealed and covered by the 12-month warranty.
Home collections work the same way, just from your doorstep instead of a front desk. You do not need to be in for the whole day, we agree a window that suits you for both directions, and evening drop-backs up to 22:00 are routine. If plans change mid-job, message us and we redirect the return, home to office or the other way round.
Where We Collect
Collection is free across Greater Manchester: the city centre from Piccadilly to Castlefield, the suburbs from Didsbury to Wythenshawe, and out to Altrincham, Stockport and Swinton. If you are just outside those areas, ask anyway. The driver is usually passing closer than you think.
