Across Greater Manchester we collect and return by our own driver. You get a time slot, a confirmation message, and your device is handled by us end to end.

📦 Mail-In

From anywhere in the UK, post your device to us using tracked delivery. Once repaired, we cover the insured, tracked return postage.

🏢 Walk-In

Collect in person from our Rochdale shop if you prefer, most repairs are ready the same day.

The Small Print, Plainly

What if my device is lost or damaged in transit?
Local collections are handled by our own team. Mail-in returns are sent insured and tracked. In the unlikely event of a courier issue, the insurance covers your device and we handle the claim, not you.
Can I change my collection slot?
Yes, just WhatsApp us. Slots can be moved to any time that suits, including evenings where available.
What should I send with a mail-in repair?
Just the device. No case, no SIM, no charger. Include a note with your name, number and the fault, or reference your WhatsApp conversation.
When do I pay?
After the repair is complete and tested, before return delivery. Card or bank transfer for mail-in, or on the doorstep for local returns.
