How Our Pricing Works
Every price on this site is a fitted price: the part, the labour and the 12-month warranty are all included, and the figure we agree before collection is the figure you pay on return. There are no diagnostic fees, no call-out charges and no surprise extras when the driver hands your phone back. If we open a device and find the fault is different from what we quoted, we stop, requote, and you decide. Say no and the device comes straight back under No Fix, No Fee, costing you nothing.
Prices vary by model because parts vary by model: a Galaxy S24 Ultra AMOLED costs many times more than an iPhone 11 panel, which is why we publish per-model pages rather than one vague from price. Genuine or Quality Aftermarket, Explained Honestly
For most recent iPhones you can choose between a genuine screen, the factory original part, and our quality aftermarket option, which looks and feels excellent and carries exactly the same 12-month warranty. The genuine part costs more because Apple charges more for it, not because the aftermarket screen is a gamble. We fit both daily, we tell you honestly which makes sense for your model and budget, and we never push you either way. Samsung screens are almost always genuine service-pack panels, which is why their prices sit higher.
Whatever you choose, your data stays on the device, we never ask for your passcode for standard repairs, and if battery health or a hidden fault turns up during the work we tell you before doing anything about it.
