Every repair follows the same path. When the driver collects your device it is logged, photographed and given a job number, so nothing gets mixed up and you can ask where it is at any point. At the bench a technician confirms the fault you reported and checks for anything else obvious, because a phone that has been dropped hard enough to crack a screen has sometimes also loosened a camera or bent a frame. You get one honest quote covering what we found, and work only starts once you say yes.

Screens, batteries, charging ports and cameras are bench repairs done the same day in almost every case. Water damage and board-level faults take longer because the device has to be opened, cleaned and tested properly, and we would rather keep it an extra day than hand back a phone that dies a week later. Before anything is returned it goes through a final test of the screen, touch, cameras, speakers, microphone, charging and signal.
