Collection Repairs Without the Anxiety

When you book, we agree the exact price on WhatsApp before anyone travels. Our own driver collects the phone from your door, office or halls and messages you when it arrives at the workshop. The repair is done at our own bench by Mr Shah and the team, never outsourced or posted anywhere, and your data never leaves the device. You get a message when the repair passes testing and again when the driver is on the way back.

Every phone passes a full function check before return: touch, display, cameras, speakers, charging, Face ID or fingerprint, signal and Wi-Fi. The 12-month warranty on parts and labour is logged against your device, so no receipts to keep. And if the diagnostic shows we cannot fix it, or the repair is not worth the money, we tell you straight and return the phone free of charge: no fix, no fee.

Repair Process FAQs

How do I know my phone is safe with your driver?

Every collection is logged with your name, device and IMEI when we pick it up, and you get status messages at each stage: collected, arrived, repaired, on the way back. You are never wondering where your phone is.

Do I need to unlock my phone or share my passcode?

For most repairs, no. Where a passcode is needed to test what we repaired, we ask first, and you can set a temporary code and change it back after. We never access personal files.

What if you find more wrong than we agreed?

We stop and message you with an honest update and a revised quote before doing anything extra. You choose: proceed, do only the original repair, or have the phone returned free of charge.
